Full-time and Part-time Nail Techs – HIRING NOW! 

Are you a passionate nail tech looking for a great opportunity to grow and make great money? We are Boulder’s only natural nail bar and spa and winner of best nail salon and this year’s Best of Boulder winner! We are looking for Techs who are ready to be busy and work in a fun and fast-paced environment. Ideally willing to work evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Ability to perform high-quality manicures & pedicures
  • Gel application
  • Maintain knowledge of all treatments performed and products used
  • A passion for working with people
  • Current Colorado License
  • Experienced and recently graduated nail techs welcome
  • Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations

Pay & Benefits: SIGNING BONUS – $500 (payable after having completed training. Will be taken out of pay should tech leave prior to one year of service).

Jlounge Spa Director – NOW HIRING!

Responsibilities (responsibilities include but are not limited to)

  • Follow the core values and mission statement of Jlounge. 
    • Mission Statement: JLounge is committed to the highest quality spa experience using clean products and effective treatments, while relaxing and having fun at the same time. 
    • Core Values: Respectful communication, integrity, commitment, transparency 
  • Meet with co-owners weekly to discuss overall business relations, concerns, feedback and communications in an effort to maintain the highest level of quality business practices 
  • Manage and adhere to superior quality standards and excellent customer relations 
  • Oversee spa maintenance and operations at all times, including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and executing communications when necessary to our property manager as necessary when issues arise 
  • Communicate monthly newsletters, marketing updates and general spa information to teams as necessary 
  • Train/on-board front desk employees to ensure the ultimate in customer service for our guests by following our operations manual and protocols. 
  • Create and manage reception schedule and post monthly on drive 
  • Maintain and manage current customer information in ‘Booker’ 
  • Work with teams to manage the schedule as closely as possible to ensure efficiency and maximize treatments to the best of your ability 
  • Ensure proper communications when guest complaints are made 
  • Effectively execute day to day responsibilities within the reception team 
  • Manage and execute bi-monthly lead meetings, including working closely with all leads to communicate and execute efficiency and strong leadership skills within all areas of the spa
  • Assist in leading and developing agenda for all quarterly meetings 
  • Oversee the processing of new shipments, tagging, and pricing retail products 
  • Execute sales promotions, and incentives to team members quarterly 
  • Order general spa supplies while working within a set budget 
  • Manage party requests and schedule parties for wedding, business events, etc. 

Hours & Benefits: 

  • Hours should average 35 hours/week to start 
    • 30-32 hours in the spa, including covering the front desk 
    • 5 – 8 hours from home to execute tasks and expectations that cannot be completed during reception shifts. 
  • Generous hourly pay rate including 7 days of PTO after 90 days of employment

  • Mileage reimbursement for travel over 25 miles each way
