Job Description:

• Consistently perform high-quality services.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of all treatments and products used.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their expectations.
• Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products following treatments.
• Complete side work and weekly tasks without supervision.
• Maintain a can-do attitude and high energy level.
• Be reliable, dependable, and punctual.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Current Colorado Esthetician Licence.
• Preferably an experienced esthetician with advanced training in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and gentle peels.
• Proficient in facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, peels, and body waxing, including Brazilian waxing.
• Must follow all local and state licensing and certification laws and regulations.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.
• Certified in microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and peels.
• Experience with dermaplaning, lash lifts, Brazilian waxing, and microneedling is preferred, but training will be provided for the right person.

Join the fun, energetic team at JLounge! We are looking for an experienced reception professional who wants to grow with us.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about the spa industry. You should have customer service experience in a busy spa or retail environment, work well within a team, learn quickly, and have strong follow-up skills.

As the first point of contact for JLounge clients, you will embody our core values by greeting and assisting guests in a polite, welcoming, empathetic, professional, and patient manner. You will help create a seamless, elevated customer experience while supporting the operational flow of the spa and boutique.

The role requires accuracy when booking and confirming appointments, strong knowledge of our services and products, and regular attendance at department and staff meetings.

We are looking for someone energetic and warm who wants to take on more responsibility over time.

Job Description:

• Answer phone calls and respond to voicemail and email messages.
• Schedule appointments, manage daily schedules, and send confirmations.
• Act as the first point of contact and information centre for guests.
• Check guests in and out and process all daily transactions.
• Manage client accounts and assist with scheduling.
• Sell retail and skincare products.
• Complete housekeeping duties, including laundry, refreshments, retail recovery, and stocking.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed and remain productive during quieter periods at reception.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong work ethic.
• Friendly, professional, and a team player.
• High level of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with G Suite, Excel, and POS systems.
• Experience with Booker or Mindbody software is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or higher, with relevant work experience.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and multitask.
• Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, planning, and hospitality skills.
• Availability that meets the needs of the business.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including light Excel use, web-based email, Mac, PC, and G Suite.
