Madison Bertrand, Front Desk Manager
Maddie is a Colorado Native, and has been with Jlounge since 2019. She enjoys all aspects of Jlounge but her main focus is retail and managing the reception team. Her favorite thing about Jlounge is the clean, toxin-free environment. When Maddie is not at work she loves to spend time with family and friends. She also loves soccer, hiking, and exploring new parts of the world.
Lindsay Sneller, LNT & Part-time Spa Director
Lindsay has been in the industry for 21 years and is a lead for the nail department. She is also our part-time spa director. Lindsay loves being a part of such a positive, uplifting team, and she enjoys working with the incredibly friendly clients who come into Jlounge. Fun fact: Lindsay is a total health & fitness nut! She loves learning about holistic ways to heal and nurture the body. She loves that Jlounge supports her lifestyle by using natural products!
Nicole Starin, LE
Nicole is an esthetician at Jlounge. She enjoys giving her clients one of the many Jlounge facials. “I love seeing the client’s face after seeing their skin in the mirror (after a facial) and knowing that I made them happy,” shared Nicole. She loves working at Jlounge because of her friendly co-workers. When she’s not at work, she enjoys painting, workout classes and dancing. Nicole is also part of the management team at Jlounge and leads the esthetics department.
ESTHETICIANS
Reiley Battreall, LE
Reiley completed her cosmetology program at Aveda Institute Denver in 2019. She has worked in a variety of spa settings including a brow bar, a wellness collective, and a holistic spa. Her approach to skin comes from her belief that optimal wellness comes from a comprehensive understanding of our overall well-being. She also has yoga teaching experience and has studied somatic psychology.
Shelby Gray, LE
Shelby is an esthetician at Jlounge. Her favorite things about working at Jlounge are that the environment is wonderful, and she’s always loved everyone who has worked there. Shelby is available to be booked for all Jlounge facials, waxing and tinting services and more. When not at Jlounge, Shelby has two daughters that she adores who keep her busy.
Indya Love, LE
Indya enjoys how the skin care industry is constantly evolving and providing opportunities to grow and learn new skills. Licensed since 2003, she loves to see her clients glowing and relaxed after a Stem Cell Renewal Facial. She really appreciates the clean, toxin-free environment here. When not at work, Indya can most likely be found volunteering her time helping to provide low-income communities with free energy and water upgrades.
Ella Nabiyar, LE, LNT
Ella Nabiyar LE, LNT -has been a licensed esthetician, and working in the skin care industry since 2013. She highly values her clients and each of their individual needs. Her specialty is brow tinting and shaping but she also offers a variety of services such as micro needling, hydration facial, stem cell renewal, and waxing. Ella loves seeing happy faces after every appointment! Jlounge is the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation! When not in jlounge Ella enjoys cooking, and camping whenever possible!
Christian TeBockhorst, LE & Training Coordinator
Christian has been an esthetician for almost 20 years, and loves transforming people’s day through touch. As Training Coordinator, she keeps our esthetician team up to date and delivering the best possible treatments through ongoing education and skill sharing. She also owns a small batch skin care product company, and makes the cuticle oil used for nail services here at JLounge. When not working, she can be found exploring the wilderness, snuggling with her cats, and giggling with her teenagers.
Amelia Vargas L.Ac., LE
Amelia was born and raised in Boulder, and knew at age 13 that she wanted to be an Acupuncturist. She earned her Esthetician License first in 2003, and has been doing acupuncture since 2008. She enjoys having the ability to offer a variety of services here, from acupuncture and microneedling, to facials and waxing. She loves the clients, the philosophy, and the team at Jlounge and has been here since day one.
MASSAGE THERAPIST:
Kinsey Allen, LNMT
Kinsey is a licensed neuromuscular therapist. She has over a decade of experience giving intuitive and impactful bodywork sessions using a mix of deep tissue, relaxation as well as pain relief using Neuromuscular Therapy and trigger point work. Her favorite service is a 90-minute deep tissue massage with CBD. She enjoys working at Jlounge because of the amazing, positive team environment, as well as the wonderful clients! When she’s not at work, she enjoys hanging with her son, snuggling with her kitty, and enjoying the peace of the natural world.
NAIL TECHNICIANS
Sonya Almaraz, LNT
Has been a licensed professional since 2011 and has been with Jlounge since 2015. She loves that Jlounge is more than just a spa since it focuses on clean and healthy ingredients, being environmentally conscious and valuing their employees as if they were family. Her favorite service is the Detox Pedi because it uses activated charcoal which is very purifying and incorporates a relaxing massage with cbd or shea butter.

Liza is a licensed nail tech at Jlounge. Her favorite service is a gel mani. She is a nail tech because it is therapeutic for her. She can relax and focus on giving her client a great service. She likes working at Jlounge because of how easy it is to get along with everybody. When not at work, she enjoys skateboarding with her dog and watching her favorite shows.
Anu Tamrakav, LNT
Anu is a licensed nail technician at Jlounge. She loves the spa’s work environment and the positivity of both her coworkers and clients. Her favorite service to give is pedicures and loves the spa’s emphasis on using natural products. Born in Nepal, Anu has been in Boulder for 8 years. In her free time, Anu enjoys spending time with her family, swimming and exploring interior design.
