Appointments & Cancellation Policies
Standard Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of our team and fellow loungers, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount.
- No‑shows are also charged in full.
This policy applies to all guests—new and returning.
Party & Group Booking Policy
For parties and group reservations, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date.
- The host will be charged for all reserved services, as well as any no‑shows or service changes/upgrades made after payment has been received.
- We recommend confirming your guest list and service selections in advance to avoid additional charges.
Right to Refuse Service
Jlounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a treatment may pose a health or safety risk or if a guest’s behavior is disruptive to the spa environment.
Pricing & Payments
All pricing listed on our website or booking platform is subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website and in the spa.
Health & Safety
Your well-being is our priority. Please inform your service provider of any allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, or injuries prior to your treatment. Jlounge is not responsible for adverse reactions if relevant health information is withheld.
Gift Cards & Promotions
- Jlounge gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Promotions, discounts, and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
