WHETHER YOUR GROUP IS LARGE OR SMALL, JLOUNGE IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO RELAX AND HAVE FUN TOGETHER.
PAYMENT & GRATUITIES
Parties require advance reservations and a credit card on file to hold all appointments. The host is responsible for signing and returning a contract and communicating all final schedule changes to the party planner at least 72 hours prior to the appointment time. After this time, the guest will be charged 100% for services canceled within 48 hours and there is a full charge for no-shows. Guests will be charged for scheduled appointments regardless of being late or downgrading at time of service. Services CANNOT be changed/altered on the day of the party.
Please note, we will no longer be accepting cash as a form of payment for services. All transactions will need to be paid for with a credit card. Cash tips for the technicians will still be accepted. We appreciate your understanding!

You are welcome to bring your own food or beverages. Please let us know if we need to supply any dishware, glasses, tables, etc.

For group reservations, we require a credit card, signed contract and a confirmation of all reserved services. Party host will be charged 100% for the party 72 hours before their party date. Guests are more than welcome to bring in food and beverages. Jlounge will provide flavored water and a selection of teas for your guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Parties must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled date. The host will be charged for cost of all reserved services and for any no shows or service changes/upgrades that are made after payment has been received.
SPA PARTY ETIQUETTE
In order to uphold our quiet and relaxing spa atmosphere, we discourage parties for groups under the age of 13. We do not allow cell phone usage to ensure guests have a relaxing spa experience.
